One of my favorite places to eat when I'm in Atlanta. I love fried chicken and spicy food so putting these two together makes me HAPPY. The side dishes are delicious and the sweet tea is on point. The staff is very friendly but the wait time needs a little work. If you don't mind a little wait and are looking for some good ole southern fried chicken and sides check them out.
Had fun visiting Gus’s for the first time during my lunch break. Our server was fun and kept a smile on our face. She was very accommodating as well. We all tried the lunch special that was very reasonably priced. The fried green tomatoes were nice and piping hot. The chicken is very crispy but could use a tad bit more seasoning. Still very good. I tried the Mac n cheese with baked potatoes. Let’s just say my plate was empty at the end. Thoroughly Gus’s.
I lived in Memphis for 12 years. We often went to Gus’s Chicken Downtown Memphis. The chicken was always flavorful and delicious. This was my first time eating at Gus’s Chicken here in Norcross. The chicken was tasty and well done , but was lacking the flavorful taste that I’m accustomed to at Gus”s Memphis. Nevertheless, it’s worth a try if you’ve never had Gus’s Chicken.
