I love Guisados. The amount of times I have eaten here since moving to LA is insane. Super quick and great tasting tacos and tamales. If you haven't gone yet, what are you doing?
Am I glad this Silverlake spot expanded to Burbank? Hell yeah. They serve high quality elevated street-style tacos like no one else. LA taco stuff at its best. If you get a tamale make sure you add the egg. You’re welcome.
Great tacos. Guisados adds their own twist on authentic tacos but it's amazing. The proteins are braised so it makes them very juicy and full of flavor. I got the shrimp taco, the mole poblano and the last one was one of the stakes I forgot which one but they were all phenomenal. You've never been I would highly suggest checking it out and I'd love to come back.
