Meat quality is not as good as the LA store. Seasoning rescued everything.
I just ordered by Doordash their signature wings: dry, salty, Over spicied,cold. Next to them, the Hokkaido Scallops... If their signature dish was a completely fail imagine those poor tiny little over priced scallops. No sauce, no nothing. The $1.99 white rice was worth it though I ask Doordash to take it back and didn't want to. My appartement smells so bad right now. If you do give it a try hope you have better luck than me. $26 hurt and not worth it. At all
Ordered lamb belly skewer, lamb skewer, beef tongue, jumbo shrimp, and signature wings for BBQ items. The skewers are pre-cooked, though you still can use the grill to warm up the food. Recommend to try it out. The Fried Crab Typhoon Shelter is also a must try! It was one of Anthony Bourdain’s favorite dishes in Hong Kong.
