Words of choice: flavor, colorful, GREAT date night.... This was my second time here. I genuinely think you will enjoy this place no matter your conceptions, background, or appetite It was a really cool concept to bring to the NuLu area of Louisville. It is chef inspired and their whole mission is about colorful vibrancy. You can see this through their decor right when you walk in. There are bright flowers EVERYWHERE. We sat on the rooftop balcony area where the bar is. Great service from the bartender and staff. We got the traditional guacamole as an appetizer. Which I must say was the best guac I have had (Although I haven't had guac from that many restaurants soo...). It was smooth and creamy and had tons of flavor. I liked how in the chips they included plantains, never see that at other places besides Havana rumba. There were also edible flowers on top, which again added to the colorful vibrancy theme. I heard so many great things about this place and finally got to try it. The restaurant itself is so beautifully decorated, the music was great! Our waitress was great and very knowledgeable about everything. I didn’t care for the food, my opinion. The BEST thing was the strawberry frozen-Rita, it was STRONG AND DELICIOUS! I can say i tried it and mark it off my list.
