Grumpy's Mexican Cafe

The food was beyond delicious. The staff was friendly but a little slow. I had to unfortunately had to ask multiple time for drink refills and other things. But overall was a pleasant experience and the food is amazing.

Chicken Fried Steak was a piece of Heaven. So glad we got this and shared since it was last order left that morning - amazing. Then we have had a beef fajita taco and and migas taco. The migas taco was amazing! The portions are huge here - so be aware of big eyes. We also brought home a cherry pie. There are no words for how amazing this pie was, did I mention they have several flavors of pie and danishs & muffins. Do yourself a favor And get breakfast at Grumpys!

One of the best hidden gems in town. Come with a big appetite and be ready to share or take it all home for dinner later. The chicken fried steak was amazing, cooked to perfection. The fried mushrooms were sooo good, I doubted my husband when he ordered them. But I couldn’t stop eating them. The coffee was also good! My daughter got a waffle with blueberry sauce on top which was good but a little too sweet for my liking. They have a variety of pies for sale in the front, I wish we snagged one! They were super busy and short staffed when we came over the weekend, but service was quick and friendly! Come with some patience and a big appetite!
