Horrible customer service. Tried dining in on Sunday , place was almost empty - service was slow and had to chase them down to pay bill. Thought maybe we off dayTried to order take out. The next day Was told 35 to 40 Min. Went to pick up pizza and they said we never told you thay. Said come back at an hours time. Came back in an hour. They took payment like pizza was ready then didn’t come back with pizza for another 15 min. Never apologized for issue. And this is what pizza looked like. Was ordered with extra cheese. Tasted bad, barely any cheese For 32 dollars. Never felt so ripped off. A little Cesar pizza would have been so much better . So twice they proved they are a far cry from 5 star. I watch customer after customer complain about to manager. While standing there. One customer customer refused their dine in pizza
This time around a Sunday early dinner at Grimaldi's was perfect! We were seated right away. The server was prompt and very friendly. Great pizza and the tiramisu was to die for! Parking: Parking on street and in back
We ordered a pizza and two cannolis. Pizza was gluten-free. Wait time for delivery was 45 minutes. Well the pizza made it on time. The pizza that made the Brooklyn bridge famous was cold, almost to hard to chew . Crust was paper thin. If this represents the Brooklyn bridge, I'm surprised the bridge is still standing. All this for 55 dollars!
