I split the French toast and the breakfast burrito with my dad. It was bomb. The French toast was very very soft and moist. Not dry at all. Sweet. And delicious. The burrito was also delicious. I liked the bean sauce on top. Pico would have been an amazing addition. Other people in the party ordered la cruda which comes with yuca fries. That was super good. I will definitely be back and order again. I was told the tuna sandwich was very good. Gracias!! Parking: Parking is side street parking. Free. Plenty of space available.
The coffee is good drip coffee. The chillaquilles are excellent as was the pork belly breakfast sandwich. I’d suggest ordering the sandwich and asking for the onions to be sautéed and maybe ask for the potatoes to be a little extra crispy. Excellent service.
You can get better sandwiches pre-made, across the street at Dubsea coffee. It was $18 dollars for a terrible sandwich that was missing ingredients and sauces. I try this place a couple times a year, live in the building the cafe is in so i try to give it multiple chances because once, 5 years ago, i received a great sandwich...pre pandemic. All I get is trouble and lame excuses from people, why the order is never correct, or the card machine isn't working, or why they make you wait at the counter for 15 minutes for someone to finally notice anyone that walks in. They are terrible with communication, workers always seem angry they are even there. Almost 20 bucks for an onion and mayo sandwich is ridiculous. I guess stay away from the classic turkey
