Erika at the front counter was friendly and helpful. The food was hot and ready when promised. The service was efficient and full of smiles. If you are staying at the hotel and want kids eat free promotion, order at the front desk!
I checked in at 8:15 and came directly to restaurant because posted hours are 9pm. Sorry, no food and alcohol served for only a minute more. 5 people came in after me and left hungry and thirsty. Was looking forward to pull tabs ( sorry none of them today) and wings. First time, in the week here, I’ve been told they’re short help.Very disappointed and hungry. Bartender was very nice. Maybe change hours until fully staffed.
Portions, especially the "new appetizers" were small for the price. Service was slow but they were short staffed so I understood. Servers were busy but friendly. Half off deep dish on Tuesday apparently only applies to the base pizza and not any toppings.
