I don't know why theres so many bad reviews! I thought this place was pretty great. Docked one star for the price of food, but as for the taste and quality it was excellent. I got the chicken teriyaki sandwich with fries and a drink. The sandwich was super flavorful and good quality chicken and the fries were piping hot and super crispy. My girlfriend got the same sandwich but with king fries and also super piping hot and the cheese chives and sour cream was very good. Will come back for sure whenever at the mall again.

Never heard of this place before, visiting family for a funeral and they told me this food chain was good so I tried it. Worst customer service ever I was ordering food for my husband first and then tried to order mine. The cashier (an older man who wouldn't even give his name) which claimed to be the Manger told me "Hurry up because there is a girl behind you" and then he just kept rushing me. I didn't even order food for myself, I just bought the food for my husband and left because he was so rude. I don't even see why there would even be somebody so rude in a manager position. On top of it all the food wasn't great at all. The sandwich was dry and the fries were cold.
