Great Escape Restaurant

First time here. Food Not bad heard ribs were a big deal..they did fall off bone, but didn't wow me. Sauce was decent. French onion soup very delicious it came with meal so I had a small serving. Love the historic vibe. Would of liked the waitress to ask us how was everything? Didn't get the feel of wanting to make sure customer was enjoying. It was made clear our first time visiting. She did engage in some small talk..I will come back and try something different. Was a relaxing dinner/atmosphere I do recommend. If my experience food/ service better than this vist I'll add more stars.

Excellent food and excellent service at a very reasonable price. The music was awesome and patrons very friendly. It’s the best dining experience I have had in quite awhile. I had a Great Escape experience!!!

I love that The Great Escape is a place where you can still get a full meal for not too much money. I recently had the breaded pork tenderloin dinner. It came with Mashed Potatoes, a nice bowl of brown gravy on the side, mixed vegetables, bread and butter, and a green salad for just $16.95. I started with a cup of Lobster and Crab Bisque for another $4.95. That's a pretty nice, big meal for under $22. All the food was good. None of it was great but none of it was bad, either, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Their menu has a really wide variety of items so no matter what you're in the mood for you should find something you'll like. I recommend their ridiculously large chicken pot pie.
