Food was good! Terrible service. I never down customer service jobs because they deal with a lot but you definitely shouldn’t disrespect the customers because you’re having a bad day. I also don’t like elders being mistreated. Food 4/5 Service -1/5
If you plan on going to this restaurant stop and think. The restaurant is clean. However I arrived later in the lunch hour and before dinner time. My friend was eating her egg roll and bite down on something hard. She pulled it out of her mouth and placed it on a napkin. We were both shocked to see a piece of blue plastic. My friend called the waitress over and asked to see the manager. The manager looked at the egg roll and plastic. She did not seem apologetic about my friend finding the object in her food. She offer to take $5 off her ticket. This was not acceptable in my opinion. I stated $5 was not enough off if you find something in your food. I had lost my appetite at this point. They did not seem concerned at all with her finding something in her egg roll. All I can say is don’t eat at Great Chow unless they have a score above 95.
