Great Chef Chinese Food at Day Square

I ate here less than a year ago during a trip to Boston. All I can say is the name of this restaurant is ironic considering I got the worst food poisoning I've ever experienced after eating here. The chicken I ordered came with a grainy texture, thinly sliced, concerningly grey with a yellow hue, and served in a gravy that was as runny as water itself. Needless to say, within a night that food expelled from my stomach as quickly as my food-deprived self spooned it into my stomach to begin with. Please do not eat here. It is so bad, I want to give it a zero, but that's not possible, so I give it... a one.

Been eating here since I was a kid and they still have amazing food. I think they changed the recipe to their orange chicken (it looked different a couple of times) but everything is amazing! Usually do takeout but I have gone in person to get a single combo platter for myself; good price and okay waiting times. They get flooded with take out orders very often so I expect to wait no more than 10 min for the plate. They’re very timely with their orders.

I'm giving Great Chef a 5 star due to food is great and putting up with my $#^+ FOR A DECADE OR TWO if you go late night you will be waiting but it's worth the wait no matter what the kitchen staff say to you in there language that food always come out the same way every time Update: Due to chicken wings not being the same for decades no longer a 5 star
