Grampa's Catfish & Seafood

Came back to Arkansas after being away for just over 5 years and wanting to go to Grampa's Catfish, I had found that they have moved again! This time out in Maumelle. I've been to all three places they have been throughout the years. Never to disappoint! Although, I do miss being able to throw shelled peanuts on the floor. lol But heard, because of legal reasons it had to be stopped. Good things always come to an end? Anyway, enjoyed my lunch. My daughter and I stopped in. I ordered the catfish basket, my daughter ordered the chicken and catfish basket. As I posted earlier, "never to disappoint!" Keep up the good work! Even though I can't remember her name, but kudos to our waitress! Very friendly and just made our visit that much more enjoyable! God bless you all!

Sunday evening April 3, 2022 my wife and I went to Grampa’s Catfish House and got the catfish and shrimp platter and true the what I’d heard, that’s the best catfish I’d ever eaten and the hush puppies would melt in your mouth! It’s a must try! Update: The second time was as good as the first! I judge a catfish restaurant on their hushpuppies as much as on their main course, and these are awesome! Give it try, you won’t regret it! By the way, I live in western Arkansas so it’s a good two and a half hours away but it is worth the long drive!

The catfish and shrimp were amazing good! The hush puppies were the best I have ever had! Service was great also. Waitress was very attentive.
