I tried this place once and it left such a horrible taste in my mouth literally. The biscuits were gross, gravy ok. Service was slow (for my son and I only, it was great for their regulars) my son normally devours his pancakes and couldn’t even eat more than a bit of the ones here! I tasted them to double check and they tasted like they were made straight out of the biscuit mix no variation! ???? it took me so long to get the staffs attention that I literally put money on the table and left. I felt robbed, no water refill no how is your food, no would you like your check.. and there was only one other table filled. This was there years ago, but as I was looking for brunch spots to go I saw this place pop up, remember the visit too vividly and can’t believe all the rave reviews.. it was horrible!

I had the urge for sausage and gravy. Birthday treat you know. But when I arrived I saw their special — peach cobbler French toast. Totally decadent and very tasty. Their bacon is maybe the best I’ve ever tasted too. Come on down to milwaukie.
