The service was excellent! Allen was our server and he paid attention to the details. He was kind, efficient and personable! The owner came to our table and personally wished the birthday person happy birthday. The food was great and the atmosphere was inviting! There were five of us. Someone had the southern fried pork chop breakfast and another person had the chicken and waffles.
Visited for Houston Restaurant Week Lunch and didn’t disappoint! First and foremost, can I mention how good that cornbread is?! I almost wanted to ask for another one. Also, I loved that it was a three course and everything we ordered were so tasty. There was not one thing that I wanted to complain about, except how I was too full to have the dessert and I was so sad about that. The server was also very attentive and provided seamless service. Parking: Parking garage right next to the restaurant is free parking, any parking on the restaurant premises is valet.
Love it(a little expensive). The cornbread is to die for. I had the Fried Chicken and had to get a to-go box. Our waiter was at our continuously making sure we were good. Parking: valet or garage.
