Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant

Food and beer were tasty, service was horrible. He seemed overwhelmed from the get go. Never checked on us and took over 20 minutes to get our bill, at which time he gave us the wrong bill. When I told him it was wrong he asked me what table number it said. He walked past our table multiple times without acknowledging us. Watched the table next to us have their food delivered by manager and 5 minutes later saw our server frantically looking in kitchen for food and then went on the computer, which Im assuming was to make sure he had rung the order in. He came out of kitchen and was heard saying "damn kitchen" as he walked to the table only to see their food was delivered! He never checked on them or asked how their food was. The computer behind me was done and our server attempted to use it multiple times, with each time him mumbling under b his breathe a swear word. He seemed to talk to himself often.

Beer battered fried fish was delicious. California Burger was yummy. Their own beer. A great dinner, reasonably priced.

I never give negative review before and this will be my first time. I have been here before and have haf a good service but today was not good. We come from work with my friends with our uniforms, driving really fast to get something to eat and drink. We got there 11:54 and we asked the guy at the door if we can order something to eat. He said yes, Kitchen closes at 12pm , so make it quake. So we ordered wings from bar which was at 11:56pm and the bartender said , she just called last callfor food at 11:55pm so it's closed now. I was really absent because its 1min past ? Or she just don't want to take the order. It's just wings, not big oder. I didn't argue because we all had long day at work and I was not having that. I only had one beer which I could not even finish because I have not eaten. My friends had drinks but things not turn out as we expected. Customer service always matter...the way she said was just rude. The guy was asking her if she took our order but she told him "I s
