Recipe is from the state of Zacatecas. Next to home cooked Gorditas these are the next best thing! Had been craving these for years, now found this place. Very few tables inside this location but seen another down same street. Phone in your order ahead of time but worth the wait. Only thing was wasn't aware they all come with beans inside of the Gorditas.
First visit to Gordita's I was pleased with the purchase and food quality.. we had to try the menudo and chilaquiles. And the Wright amount of heat and savory taste... will recommend and visit again.
