Golden Gate

The food was meh. It wasn't gross but it was good either. The crab rangoon, was creamy and sweet. Too sweet, if honest, and was so thick I felt like I would vomit. The chicken wings were battered not flour fried, tasty once all the extra batter was gone, but I didn't like them because of the batter. Just a principal for me. The house/combination fried rice, was nearly bland. I almost added soy sauce, but I figured it would actually ruin it, the rice I mean. All on all, I wouldn't order here again unless I felt I had no better options.

I would rate 0 stars if i could. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for the past 10 years. They were excellent before they switched management(2017-2018) and cooks! The guy who takes orders is extremely rude. When i call him because my order is wrong(which has been happening a lot as of late) he is crass about it. The place is dirty. The food has become bland. The management sucks. The previous managers were kind and delivered excellent service. I asked them not to put a specific vegetable in my food and they still put it in there! Don’t waste your money there, find a better place instead!

New management no thank you. I called and ordered from this place for the first time in a while and when I ordered the lunch special I went to order soda and they said they are under new management no longer give free soda with lunch specials. Ok fine I ordered sodas thinking nothing of new management. We get the food and they completely changed the ingredients. They use a clearly different cut of chicken lower quality then before. They didnt include the broccoli that normally comes with the orange chicken meal. The new management clearly doesnt care about quality only profit. I used to love this place but sadly will never order from here again. What a shame.
