My mom and I ordered takeout for lunch today and both ordered the War Su Gai. I am kind of pick on loving gravy from most places but the gravy was DELICIOUS! It was all very good, the chicken tasted very good and didn’t taste fatty at all or anything. Very impressed and will start ordering from here more often!
I place an order over the phone, they tell me 15 minutes. I get there and they said they don't have my order. The kid asked if I called the right location, which is a legit question. So I called the number again and the phone rings, my number shows up. So where is my order? I spoke with a human when I called so who took the call? No one wants to fess up and of course they have no manager on duty. They wasted my time and I have no food. They lost my business!
Not good. Online menu said $6.15 for lunch special, it’s $7.50… Worst General Tsos I ever had. Would’ve been better off with a frozen microwave TV dinner. I threw it away after a couple bites and didn’t eat it. Never again
