This Golden Chick Just CANT GET IT RIGHT… Out of convenience of this location being so close to my house, I at least stop here once a week. If they can’t get my order right (even after repeating the correct order to me) I don’t get condiments or napkins. In my mind it’s just common sense that if a side that requires an eating utensil is ordered, you automatically place that utensil in the bag. If a drink is ordered you get a straw. I guess common sense isn’t too common here because they just can’t get it right. Went today to get a Nashville Hot Sandwich Combo. I always ask for no pickles. Today they finally got the No pickles correct but did not put the Nashville Hot Seasoning on the sandwich ????????♀️. How??? Come on guys, it’s the simple things.
Did not get my order correct. Out of white meat roasted chicken. Chicken did not taste or feel fresh. Service could have been much friendlier.
