We went when they were about to close We ordered a 25 piece wicked wings w dirty rice. EVERYTHING was cold and old. Wings fried supper hard and dry Plus the rolls was a bag of stale burger buns not the rolls we paid for. We attempted to call the number on our receipt and no one answered plus there is no professional voice mail setup. DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTE OF MONEY POOR FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WISH I COULD RARE A 0 star. Waste of my $43.34
Absolutely the worst pick up service I have ever had. Made an order online through their website. It clearly had curbside service available as I had to put my vehicle description in. I chose this because I am disabled and walking hurts, plus it was a sizable order for my family of 4. When I arrived I parked in the he spot clearly marked for curbside parking I called to let them know and a very pleasant young lady said she would be right out. This is where they get the one star. She did come right out to tell me that the manager wanted me to come inside to verify the order. I explained to her that walking was difficult for me, thats why I chose curbside, and I had already paid in full. She apologized, said she understood and had worked at several golden chicks, and none of them ever requested that, but she would help me bring the order back to the car. The freshness of their food can be a hit or miss depending on the day which can be a real bummer since when the golden tenders are fresh and crispy, it's some of the best tenders I've ever eaten. I wish their food quality was more consistent. I also like their jalepeno poppers.
