Food was delicious and service was excellent this newly remodeled space was clean and comfortable I do not live in Bellevue but will be going out of my way to eat here anytime I am in the mood for dine in Chinese Plenty of space for a large group PS don’t skip the hot sour soup! A friend of mine said this place was good and decided to try it. It was NOT good. First thing I tried was the crab rangoon and it was hard like it was overcooked or simply old. The rice was didn't look like regular fried rice and the meat didn't taste right. Over all the food did NOT taste like any other Chinese food I've had. I called and spoke to the manager. He was extremely rude suggesting that my friend and I both calling about the complaint was taking advantage of his company. I explained to him I don't have an agenda besides getting good quality good which I did NOT receive. I asked for a refund and he refused. All he can do is a store credit and store credit does not change the fact that I don't like the food. If you know what GOOD Chinese food taste like this is NOT the place to go. Save your money and time by not eating here!

Food was served quickly and was yummy. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star is not being given the option to pay when picking up order. Could be their way of assuming the sale to only ask for the card when the order is taken over the phone, instead of providing options. Since there are alternative locations within less than 5 miles that allow the ordering online or by phone where payment is taken at time of pick up. When I order in the future, it will be one where I can order from the parking lot, with cash in hand.
