Golden Bowl

Horribly disappointed with the mix of the portions. I ordered a Chicken Lo Mein dinner. The overall portion was acceptable however the mix between rice and lo mein was heavily weighted towards rice. In fact a horribly small portion of Lo Mein - Maybe 80% rice and 20% lo mein. When calling and speaking with the manager, she simply advised what they normally do, offered no resolution, other than “we will be more careful next time”. Next time??? In the meantime I remain cheated out of the meal I ordered. Based upon this response/action alone, I would never order from this place again. All she had to do was maybe offer a small portion of lo mein. Piss poor service…

Only deliver when they feel like it. Going to lose a lot of business it’s pretty sad because this place was decent. They also said they are completely done delivering and need to order through grub hub. Telling someone to use another business to order your food is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Also they lied saying they haven’t delivered in 6 months when I literally got it delivered a week ago.

I'm ordering food with them for awhile already. Today "Kim" chef serving. That was the best order ever. Food fresh and tasted delicious. Every time i will ask who is in kitchen. Today they suprise me and my wife with food and flavor. Thank you !
