We were visiting from Charlotte and came across Goldberg by accident. We wished we had more time to dine in and fully enjoy the experience. The bagels were delicious. A must try if you enjoy a good bagel.
I’ve spent a lot of money at this place, especially during the pandemic and they’ve often gotten my order wrong and would make up for it down the line. This place doesn’t care about true Customer Service and the Manager, Jennifer is one of the most unprofessional and apparently incompetent people on the planet. I was a loyal customer who they’ve taken for granted for the last time. All I wanted today was a refund for Chicken Noodle Soup with no Chicken. But Jennifer said she doesn’t have time for one Customer’s complaint and hung up in my face. Disgusting.. Disgraceful.. Disrespectful.. Overpriced.. RUDE!!! STAY AWAY!
I wanted to leave a second review but it made me adjust my first one. First review: Ona is so helpful and kind! Second review: truly, the whole staff is amazing and it makes the experience even better than it already is!!
