I really enjoyed this location of Gold Star chili. I came in on a military appreciation day for the veterans Day celebration and they really took care of me as law enforcement and former military. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone the staff was very friendly and I was in and out with my drive-thru order within 5 minutes.
First time here, the service was fabulous. So many places are struggling to find help and then people are burned out from covering for everyone but not here. They had plenty of staff and they were very positive and friendly. Nice to find. Had the burger and it was great, very similar to a Freddie's or Steak and Shake. The only issue stopping them from 5 stars was the fries. They were good but thicker crinkle fries. I bet most of their guests would prefer thin fries, but that is just my preference. Give them a try.
Arrived just before 12 pm. Super friendly staff, fast service and great food. The coneys are the best in the area. Must try the bacon chili cheese fries as well. If you have a sweet tooth, the shakes are amazing. I recommend the strawberry shortcake shake! I even placed a to go order for my dog to have a couple plain hot dogs and no one batted an eye or looked at me weird. Zero(my dog) says they were perfect! ????
