Can here for a quick bite before our flight. I like the cultural chicago themed ketchup warning sign. It is a small space which they make the best of with the flow however when it come to ordering your food and waiting for it it became the nightmare. People started waiting for their food inside the shop causing serious congestion but then we found out they did this for a good reason. We are pretty sure the girl in front of us took our pizza and hers because she ordered one and came out with two. The receipts come with check #s or order numbers yet they don’t use them. Instead they call out the pizzas so anyone can just take yours even if they ordered them after. This is useful for the people causing congestion to get their pizzas sooner. So your best bet here is to get the refrigerated food because you will not likely get your meal you order or get it in time. We ended up getting a refund for our pizza Bc after 20 minutes of waiting he said there was no sausage mini pizza in the oven….

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff is extremely rude and the food I wouldn’t give to a homeless person. Don’t expect them to be professional you’d be lucky if they just got your order right the first time around. Ordered a couple thing and asked which bag has what so I can give the right food to the right person and said I’ll have to figure it out and he has not idea. Literacy or competency must not be a requirement to work at this place. Save yourself time and money and go to sleep hungry if you have to.

Quite possibly the worst Philly cheesesteak I have EVER eaten. Meat was not seasoned or seasoned horribly. Onions were all different shapes, some raw, some cooked. The LEAST amount of cheese I have ever seen on a Philly cheesesteak. I definitely will not be eating there again. Disgusting and a waste of money
