Ordered on line. When I arrived they had no clue as I was told she was new and not aware of on-line orders. Talked with Emily for discount for their fault. Well if Emily was MANAGEMENT maybe she should be reduced in pay as She has no CLUE to customer service.
Had my chicken alfredo and breadsticks hot n ready! Must have been my lucky day!
Waited for 20 minutes on them to make a pizza that they said would take 15. No big deal if it took 5 more minutes just wanted to check on it. Come to find out they haven't even started it because they forgot. Now I have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. Not happy.
