Bar none, the #1 Crab cakes in Maryland ????. I travel to Baltimore 4-5 times per year. I have tried all the top-rated places in MD and G&M has the best crab cakes without question! They are almost ALL CRAB, only enough crumbs & filler to hold the cake together. G&M's Caesar salad it PHENOMENAL as well. It's like each leaf of romaine is personally chilled, washed and placed on the salad individually. My last trip to Baltimore last week, I visited G&M 3 out of the 5 days I was in town. This past trip, I tried the Maryland Burger, with a 3oz crab cake on top. It was good, but I recommend the crab cake platter with wonderfully prepared veggie sides

The host was a little off putting, passive aggressive in a way. But I Pushed through and I am so happy I did. Let’s start with the cream of crab soup. One of the best I’ve had in a while. I HIGHLY recommend. Our waiter was absolutely great. He was very attentive and came by frequently to check in. Their drinks are strong! Just an FYI. I enjoyed my time there. It’s a bit expensive but well worth it.

I normally love this place. I have always enjoyed the staple dishes over the past 20 years. Recently, I've taken a few groups of friends here to try the food. Recently I found that the food is not as flavorful. If you come here for crab cakes then you're good. The crab cakes are amazing. The service is always amazing and the drinks are great. This last visit, I got the scallops and they were not good at all. I will caveat this to say I did not bring it up to the waitress. I just left the food on the table. This place is definitely worth a try.
