Update: Still crazy about Georgios Pizza after all these years. From my original post (below), we continue to enjoy their pizza, both deep dish and thin crust as well as their salads, sandwiches, pasta, and of course desserts! If you’re having trouble deciding on a menu item, just ask your server for a recommendation. They are happy to provide a suggestion from their experience. Some of my favorites are the addition of drizzling balsamic glaze on a pizza, ordering the Italian beef sandwich on garlic bread, or adding spinach and mushrooms to the macaroni and cheese. And if you order a side of ranch dressing to dip your fries in, you won’t be disappointed! Customer service at Georgios can’t be beat. In recent weeks I decided to give Georgio's a couple more chances to see if the quality of their deep-dish pizza would improve. The fist pizza was much improved from the one that prompted me to write the review below. Tonight's pizza was even better, much more like the pizza that I have come to expect from Georgio's over the years. It would seem that everything is back to normal, and I'm hoping that it will continue to live up to their high standards. Giving them 4 stars. _______________________________________________________ There’s something going on with the deep-dish pizza. Quality has been below average for a few months. Tonight our pizza crust was as hard as a rock and the taste was not up to the standard that we have been accustomed to for the past 20 years. Top of the pizza was burnt in several places. It’s a shame, because they used to have the best deep-dish pizza around.

Great! Only tried their thin crust 10/10, and deep dish 8/10. Little expensive, friendly staff. I ordered take out for lunch. Make sure you have them ‘well done’ if you like little crispier crust. Deep dish is as good as Lou- except for the butter crust(I didn’t see if they have it here)
