Geno's Giant Slice #4

Not 100% disappointed but my order could've been better. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich. The contents of the sandwich seemed great if it wasn't for the burnt bread. That was so off putting I couldn't finish it. The pizza was awesome the wings were excellent!! I WILL BE RETURNING!

In the past 8 months this restaurant has gone downhill fast. From missing items- consistently, to cold pizza if we have it delivered, like cold we have to reheat it in our oven! We get promised free food the next time and then when we call and mention it they say "sorry, that's not in our system, so we can't honor it.". Tonight we ordered take out, from the parking lot. Waited 40 minutes for our food only to find out they made us the wrong pizza. We're done! If management reads this review, you have got to do something about your restaurant!

I have been ordering food from this location since they opened their doors, and have spent a large sum of money during that time. My last few visits have been horrible, wrong food, burnt food, horrible customer service, and just a general bad experience.. I have reached out to multiple in store managers and been told "sorry" but nothing has been fixed. I have reached out and expressed my issues on the app and I did get a quick reply but the only fix was to give me a 20.00 credit haha...that didn't even cover half of the most recent issue, and certainly not anything that is going to keep me giving this location business. Everyone needs to do as I am doing and just stop using these businesses that care nothing about the people who keep them going!! If you dont make a change, they will keep screwing you over...
