Geno's Giant Slice #4

Worst pizza ever! The pizza was cold when it got to us. We are less than 10 miles away so it isn't because we are too far away. They do NOT tell you that they use an outside delivery service (Uber Eats) so there are multiple deliveries of different foods. The sauce was non-existent and I have never seen sausage ground so fine that you couldn't tell if it was sausage or ground beef. The mushrooms & olives were all on three slices...not all over the pizza. I will never order here again and I will never recommend it to anyone either.

I was told approximately 60 minutes for delivery. 2 hours later and we still don't have our order. I call the store and the young lady tells me the driver is on the road. 20 minutes later he finally arrives, (we live in the same subdivision as the store location). On top of all of that they forget an item and were out of another, yet was still charged for the item that was out. I understand that things happen but this was ridiculous!

In the past 8 months this restaurant has gone downhill fast. From missing items- consistently, to cold pizza if we have it delivered, like cold we have to reheat it in our oven! We get promised free food the next time and then when we call and mention it they say "sorry, that's not in our system, so we can't honor it.". Tonight we ordered take out, from the parking lot. Waited 40 minutes for our food only to find out they made us the wrong pizza. We're done! If management reads this review, you have got to do something about your restaurant!
