Genghis Grill

First time here. Last time here. Came in at 12:10. There were only 4 other tables with customers. Waiter got our drink order and food order which we had to repeat several times. Took 20-25 minutes to actually bring drinks. Then 10 more minutes food came with 2 orders being wrong. Floors were sticky, warm in the restaurant as well. At least 5 workers just standing around. We won't be back. Food was decent but not for what we paid.

Was mine and my family's first time here and as soon as we sat down we got horrible customer service by the waitress nobody told us where to go or anything till two other lady's asked us if it was out first time and told us then when asking about the free bowl the waitress said to sign up which I did then she gave us the wrong bowl and tried to charge us for it the manager deserves 5 stars cause she was really nice it's not her fault that her waitress is clueless and didn't know customer services she tried to help as much as she could of what the waitress messed up I wish I had a better experience. I won't be coming here again sadly.

First time here, so I got the regular sized bowl. I opted for rice noodles as a base. My ingredients were Beef, Korean pork, Shrimp, Onion, Bell peppers, Cabbage, Shallots, Grated carrots, Bean sprouts, Broccoli, Baby corn, plus an egg. I also went with the 3G sauce. This was a good decision. The order of pot stickers, and a strawberry mango lemonade (I believe), rounded it all out. Everything was tasty, hot, and filling. Recommended.
