Genghis Grill

Love the food here. This time I went and my food was burned and they still brought it to my table. I'm sorry $19something for a bowl of food, please make sure it is made right. They did let me make my bowl again, but I had to wait to get while everyone else was eating. I honestly wish the food was not so pricey. ???? I don't think I will go back very often, if ever.

So, I’ve been contemplating for a while to visit Genghis Grill. I’m happy I did today. It wasn’t crowded, so I dined in. I’m guessing my waitress was new to server, but she is/was amazing. I liked the idea of selecting my own ingredients and proteins, it’s “like” a hibachi grill. I will say some of the ingredients should be refreshed more often, but you had a lot to choose from. The atmosphere is perfect and happy hour is good. The gentleman preparing my meal did an amazing job preparing my food… it was delicious!!!!

Typically we have good experiences here, but yesterday we were given the wrong order for carry out at 9:30 p.m. We didn’t realize until we got home. My husband went back & picked up what he thought was the correct order that had been brought back by someone else (cross contamination, but that’s another story). When he got home we discovered that it was in fact his food, but mine was still wrong. By then the store was closed. He called back today & was told with some reluctance that he could get my order replaced. When he went back they made my order but essentially gave him a talking to about how he shouldn’t have gotten a replacement. I’m not sure how being given the wrong food multiple times is our fault, but just make sure you check your order, because if it’s wrong, heaven help you.
