The first time, the food and experience were a good time. It took the group a few meat selections until we found our favorites, which were beef Bulgogi, pork belly, and short ribs. They have a waiter that keeps the grill changed regularly, so it is not so charred. There is no fried rice option, steamed rice, and three sauces to add additional flavor. It's definitely an experience to have again and again.
The price is very expensive, you can’t be sat down unless half of your party has arrived, which I find weird? I do like that it’s extremely cold inside, they change the burners pretty often and prevents the food from getting burnt. The meats they use look very nice and marbled. After a while, they stop coming to your table to see if you want any other meats. They’ll take at least 15 minutes to go back and check on how you’re doing. I don’t like all the small kimchi plates they provide, I personally think it’s a waste to give them out to everyone. I went with 5 other people, and only 1 or 2 of us actually ate it. The side of rice they give us is really mushy and cold, I don’t know how anyone could eat that. One last thing, who eats salad at a Korean bbq? The only thing that bothered me, is that once again after a while they stop checking up on you and they limit how many plates they bring you. If I’m paying $30+ on a meal and have a party of 6 why am I being limited on how much I can ea
One of my go-to places for Korean barbecue in Carrollton. The meat is tender, soft & almost always well-seasoned anytime I was here. Their side dishes are awesome with different varieties.
