Gee's Caribbean Restaurant

I ordered curry shrimp dinner, it came with rice & peas and macaroni pie.. the curry shrimp and rice and peas was wayyy too salty for me, the macaroni pie was just ok.. I also ordered curry mango, and phulourie which was very tasty… I really think you guys need to tone it down with the salt, I read other reviews about your food being too salty, y’all tell need to take that into consideration

Listen. I’m Jamaican. & that was some of the best home-style Caribbean food I’ve had in a long time. Remind of Caribbean restaurants from back in the day. When the cook actually cares about how the food taste. Everything was so flavorful. Portions good. Price is right. Taste like good home cooked food.

The flavor of the food is actually really good but the rice was undercooked/hard and that really angered me. How are Caribbean and can’t cook rice to completion ??? The jerk they gave was all the fatty pieces so while the flavor was great it was still gross to eat/not eat the rubbish.
