OMG!!!! Let me say this place is delicious. I ordered a little bit of everything so that I can get an idea on how well they cooked their food. First I ordered the fried whiting and friedcshrimp platter with green and Mac and cheese. The fish and shrimp was seasoned and cooked perfectly.the greens were delicious and the Mac and cheese to die for. We also ordered fried wing platter. Those wings were crunchy and seasoned well. The candid yams were ok to me but my husband loved them. The potato salad was good. Lastly my daughter ordered the honey and sirracha wings and she had no complaints. If you want to have some good soul food this is the place to go. Large portion sizes and surprisingly I ordered from doordash and it arrived within 30 minutes and our food was pipping hot when it arrived. A+++ for me. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in the mood for some good soul food

Didn't get 2 large chicken breasts as I paid for. It was too salty. M and C didn't have enough cheese. It's a shame when Black restaurants don't treat Black customers with respect. They wouldn't have did this to a Caucasian customer! Got 1 small tasteless breast. Will not be returning. Driver left food in wrong place! Unprofessional.

I just left Gavin's I ordered 2 Salmon Alfredo platters the sauce was okay. The Salmon not Fresh, over cooked and dry. My other have ordered a side of M&C it taste like they be trying to save money on Cheese ????. Disappointed with my entire order for 55.00$
