Gather in Omaha

This place deserves more than 5 stars ..1st time here and i love it!!Food was delicious very unique combo of textures and flavors I had the pork shank and OMG...! Fresh and delicious Cocktails..Service is over the top ..manager took time to check on us.. The underground farm just add extra Wow to the whole experience! Gathering in Omaha is my new favorite place on Omaha now..

My wife and I were able to enjoy an awesome dinner at Gather, for the first time on Saturday! We have been trying to make it to Gather for awhile now, but keep forgetting to make reservations. The staff were all very professional and pleasant. We started our experience with a couple beverages and the Crisp Brussel Sprouts. We are Brussel sprout critics/fans so whenever they are on the menu we have to get some. These did NOT disappoint! With every bite you were presented with a burst of flavor! For our entries my wife selected the Truffle Pasta and added salmon. The meal was well proportioned with equal amounts of meal, mushrooms, pasta, etc. the flavor was succulent! I am not a big pork fan, but I took a leap of faith and selected the Pork Shank based on our waitresses recommendation. Wow, wow, wow! Flavor was awesome! The pork was not fatty at all, which is rare for pork. It also was not salty, which was great as salty pork is usually a big turnoff for me. The jalapeño jam was killer

Pretty impressed by my Valentine's Day meal. Smoked tomato bisque was incredible, as was the blueberry cheesecake. The pichana on the Valentine's special was great, but the lobster pasta was pretty weird, won't lie about that. Overall I loved it! Will definitely return.
