Great food here but the older lady with glasses and the raspy voice is the rudest waitress I've ever witnessed. How has she not been fired yet? If you have a nasty attitude you shouldn't work with the public.
Service was absolutely horrible. Waitress had no clue of any of the menu items. We finished our soups and still had no drinks on the table. Asked to get the bill for just the soups and cancel the rest of the order and after 2 times asking we finally received our bill while she was coming out with drinks and then tried to make excuses about not knowing the kids didnt have drinks, etc... Hmmmm. 2 sodas and 2 chocolate milks should never take almost 15 minutes to recieve. The older gentleman who was seating was extremely apologetic. The middle age man working the register was extremely rude, argumentative and disregarded my concerns with the server and service. We stopped coming here a while back for the same problems and we decided to give it another try and sure enough nothing has changed if not its worse because the employees are now argumentative.
