Garsillo's Italian Bar & Grill

We went to Garsillo’s for dinner for the first time since there were not many restaurants open on Easter. When we got there my dad was served an expired beer. No worries, mistakes happen, and the waitress was happy to bring him another. The only problem was she brought him a different kind of beer than the first, and that was also expired. When we pointed this out to her, our waitress with long red hair, developed quite the attitude. They took a minute to bring out a third beer, a different brand again, and luckily this time it was not expired! What a surprise. After this, our waitress continued to sulk and treat us rudely when serving our food. The dishes were not very good and our salad was wilted. So here’s the thing, you probably don’t want to go here. You’re better off going to Taco Bell. Mistakes happen, but making the customers feel uncomfortable about pointing out something they don’t like or need replaced is in no way professional. We will not be returning or recommending Gars

I was seated and no one came to my table for 15 minutes. At the time, there was 1 table of 2 who were finishing their meal and left 5 minutes after I was seated. The place was very warm where my wine was not cold after just a few minutes with condensation on the outside of the glass. The salad was fine. Pasta, nothing to write home about. Mushy and tasted like leftovers. I wish it had been a better experience.

The food was all homemade, tasted superb, and the service via the bartender (which never mentioned his name), was wonderful. This place was such a delight. It had a simple layout and delicious food. The chef did a great job!
