Wow the food was so good. We started off with the Pomelo Salad. The dish was so bright and citrusy and sweet and acidic. An amazing balance of flavors and textures. Especially with the fried rice cracker. Next up was the toothpick lamb. Another 5/5. Each bite was a great balance of char and spices. It gave such a nice kick while having that delicious gamey lamb flavor. Then we got the Holy Fried Chicken. The texture of the skin was crackly and crunchy and the sauce was sweet and sticky. And finally we got the grilled scallop with masago. The scallop was sweet and delicious but downing it all in one shot including the juices sitting at the bottom is a must.

Service was excellent. Food was stellar. I really recommend the toothpick lamb, coconut snails, and bun cha hanoi. The blood clams were extremely over cooked. They were pretty scored and left dry chew clam and a bitter after taste.
