Fyr & Ice Asian Fusion And Drinks

No enoki mushroom in the enoki mushroom ramen!!! My wife and I have eaten here multiple times, and it has had its ups and downs over the years,(in the beginning it was fantastic) but how can you serve an enoki mushroom ramen with no enoki mushroom. Instead replaced it with baby bella mushrooms. Did not call to say they ran out, if I was ok with the change, or if I wanted something else. Too expensive to replace the food in the name of the dish and say nothing.

Went here for lunch with a friend, was not too crowded at the time. Ordered 2 bowls of ramen with extra toppings; 1 Tonkotsu and 1 Miso with a side of Kimchi. Service was friendly and didn't have any issues with them. The tonkotsu broth was just ok; not the worst but nothing great about it. Noodles were fine, but I feel like they were bought frozen from JFC or some other restaurant/store distributors. Chashu was good and so were the Aji Tamago; nice balance of salty sweet with the runny yolk as they should be. My friend would later order a egg waffle ice cream. It was freshly made and tasted good. The only complaint is that the pocky in the ice cream tasted a bit stale. Overall I find it's a bit of mixed bag.

I LOVED IT HERE !!! Decorations for my friends birthday party was BEAUTIFULLLL!! The employees were tooo kind and the food was deliciousss. the music they played was ICONIC and they also accept song recommendations which is refreshing :) overall 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend !!
