Having moved to the Westside, I'm farther away from Asiatown, so I'm glad to have found an amazing spot for pho! The broth came smoking hot, which I love, since pho will be my go-to during Cleveland winters and rainy days. The flavor was quite rich, with just a hint of sweetness. I gladly finished my whole bowl, with not a drop to waste. The vibe in the shop had little details that made it feel authentic-hole-in-the-wall , from the overly ornate nature painting that feels classic Asian-restaurant, the offerings of Sriracha that isn't your mainstream Huy Fong Sriracha, and the little flags across the ceiling. Even the chili oil came in the original can, and I felt like I was at someone's home being offered some fantastic food!
Highly recommend!! Delicious pho and love their pork with shrimp fried rice!! ????
I was in the area and wanted to try some place new. Fusian Central did not disappoint. Excellent food. Highly recommend.
