Ok. To be honest, this was a 4.5, but since I can’t choose that I have to give it a 5 since it’s better than my 4 rated places. Cool vibe, the Tonkoktsu Ramen is nearly perfect when you add the chili paste. We sat in front of the kitchen and saw some excellent work. Everything looked good and we’re excited to try additional items. We live too far for delivery, otherwise this would be a staple. Pro Tip: ask for a sample of the on tap MaiTai cocktail. It’s strong but Goood!
This place is absolutely excellent. If you enjoy ramen this is a must try. I had the Red Dragon spice level 2. Flavor of this ramen is incredible. I will say that you should probably be careful with the spice levels because this thing can get pretty spicy. If you're used to spicy things then I definitely recommend going with level two. I was honestly excited trying this place and heart broken when I did. I wouldn’t call this authentic at all. The fried chicken was double fried and cold. Meaning they fried it once then dropped it back in the hot oil to warm it up. The ramen I had (Red Dragon) the noodles were underdone. The broth was separating with a thick layer of oil on top. We left and went across the street to the Mexican restaurant. Bottom line place isn’t worth the price.
