Fuego Restaurant

I was going to give them a 4 because there is a bit of wait, but I gave the star back because I feel it is the reason for the quality of the food. I am not a Peruvian food expert at all. I don't even know the names of all the dishes or any popular dishes! But I was in the neighborhood and the signage and pictures of the food attracted me to this place. I ordered the stuff pictured and it was all delicious. The sandwich I ate I forgot what it was even called but it was delicious. The fries tasted like a BBQ party in my mouth and everyone was invited. It really is as tasty as it looks in my pictures and everyone else's. My favorite part? The customer service. The guy at the register was so kind, he looked happy to be doing his job which is a breath of fresh air in this day and age. He very calmly recommended items, sauces and the stuff pictured were actually based off his recommendations. I am taking a break from spicy food so this particular day everything I ordered was just right and

From the moment I walked in I received a very warm welcome! The food was brought out to me in about 10 minutes. It was fresh and very very delicious. I ordered the Lemon Garlic Shrimp!!

Worth the try. Great flavors. The servings are shareable.
