Food is great but workers are rude
As a Nicaraguan, I'm ashamed to claim these people because they are SO rude, it's ridiculous. When they're not gossiping amongst each other, slow to take your order, they're openly rolling their eyes at you for no reason. I used to sheepishly accept it, but as of the last couple of times I've had to be confrontational. It's embarrassing to say they're Nicaraguan or that this is the trash that represents us in Kendall. I honestly no longer mind driving all the way to 27th Ave and NW 7th street to Caña Brava, where the food AND the service are amazing and not just "barely passable."
Love this place. Food is great and the girls are always nice. The people complaining about customer service must really live in a bubble. I've been coming here probably 20 years and will never stop.
