Frisch's Big Boy

AVOID!!!! What happened to this place? They do not take care of the breakfast bar!! The options aren’t what they used to be. Anything that’s a patty taste awful, and they are very slow to replace anything worth eating which is eggs and greasy hash browns. Do NOT tell servers they are out of items on the breakfast bar…they will ignore you or give you the death stare. We left and will never return. It’s not what it used to be.

I’m not one to write negative reviews but I’ve not had a worse carry out experience. Order pickup time was supposed to be 4:55 on a Friday, so not exactly crunch hours. I arrived at 4:58 and was told my order was almost done. I was told at 5:20 that the broccoli side I ordered was out. I didn’t walk out with my food until 5:35. We had really only ordered a Big Boy and chicken tenders, so nothing complicated. The chicken tenders were soggy and clearly not done cooking. The restaurant smelled musty and dirty. The employees (mostly) didn’t seem happy to have any customers there at all. One kept laughing about how he was on probation. I really, really recommend that you do not eat here.
