Freebirds World Burrito

Everytime I come in I'm immediately greeted with a smile. I love their nachos, but unfortunately today I forgot my card. We tried a few options at the register, but they weren't working. The manager, Angela, gave me my food and said to just come back and see them again. I so greatly appreciated her hospitality! I will definitely be back!!

I don't know why or understand this managers attitude towards customers. The one lady that used to be there was the sweetest,nicest woman I've ever had the pleasure to order from. I wish I knew her name. This lady who was there today was rude to 3 different people while I was in there. Including a trainee. I used to eat here at least once a month because of the black lady who was so kind to me and my friends and family. This black lady the have now during the day treats people like a jerk. I hope regional reads this review. OH BTW...I USED TO BE THE KM AT FREEBIRDS IN AUSTIN. so I know how you're supposed to act. I won't go back to this location,nether will 2 of my friends and 3 of my cousins. Congratulations!

I was excited for some Freebirds for dinner. What arrived, was upsetting to say the least. First, rice that is crunchy. Not acceptable for any meal. A simple taste of what you cooked could have taken this meal up to a two star. The toppings compared to the 3 scoops of undercooked rice was questionable due to paying for a veggie burrito with Guac and receiving no Guac. Freebird is my go to burrito but this was below sub par.
