Freebirds World Burrito

8/14/2023 8:00pm. Food is great here I’m always satisfied. Service is good overall. It’s a nice change from Chipotle. I just want to point out one thing from my experience today. Id like to commend the young man (tall w a hat on) he was basically the only one working carrying the team. Two girls busy taking and one other guy in blue shirt too busy showing off his forearm flexing infront of the girls. That was pretty cringe tbh. At least one of the girls stepped up and checked me out at the register while other one too busy on the phone. I know it wasn’t busy close to closing time but you shouldn’t rely on another employee(s) to do everything. That tall kid needs a raise.

I’ve been here four times. The last two times I did not eat. The first two times when I did it was not the best FB experiences. In my opinion this is one of the poorest running locations I’ve been too and after today I will never return to this location. Last time they didn’t have enough meat to make a burrito and wanted me to wait while they cook it. I know I shouldn’t complain about waiting and I didn’t (until today), all I did was wait a few minutes and thanked them then left. Today I said to myself, “let me give them another shot”. Well…. I walked in, stood in line, and just stood there. Not one worker said “hello nor “give us a second we will be right there…. nothing. Just left me standing there. It was only a few minutes but that was sign enough for me to never want to go back to this location again. Freebirds is normally really well run and delicious but this location doesn’t seem to care. I doubt they’ll be around long term. Hopefully this review helps them improve

I've been to this location several times and it is always a hit or miss. Multiple times have forgotten queso and chips have been stale so it's not even worth ordering. They are shiesty on the protein in the bowls so might as well get a burrito if you're wanting a fill. Double check your orders if placed delivery or online as they forget things on larger orders. Guess I'll go back to Chipotle instead of this location.
