Freebirds World Burrito

It was very disappointing. I ordered a burrito bowl. The server was very stingy with the amount of food. I kept asking for more. In the end the bowl was still less then half full. The rice was hard and food was cold. I used to enjoy eating there. Unfortunately this will be my last. I mentioned my disappointment only get an I'm sorry response. Very sad experience! This place has lost it's appeal!!!

Ordered from this location twice this week. First order, I asked for 3 burritos to be delivered. When order was delivered, there was only 1. I called the store, and the lady who helped me was very nice, and had the other 2 burritos sent over. The second time was tonight. I ordered the exact same 3 burritos. I put notes all over the order to confirm it was 3 burritos. Order came, and was again only 1 burrito. This was for a work meeting, so I was not able to leave. After calling the store 7 times with no answer, I finally ordered through Uber Eats to get the other 2 burritos. When they finally arrived, again, I only had 1 burrito. Again I tried calling the store, but no answer. So I've paid for multiple burritos that were never received. I will not be ordering from this place again. I am very disappointed, as well as my coworkers.

Freebirds was extremely busy during lunch and I can tell why. It is very similar to chipotle, so it is a great alternative if there is not a chipotle near you. It is in a very convenient location and easy to find. However, when we did order out, they forgot some items in our orders but to compensate they gave us some free burrito coupons!
