There onion rings are Nothing But pure Grease. Took them back to the counter to get fry’s and no one apologized or nothing. Didn’t offer to refund my $ because you a Extra for Onion Rings. Staff are cutting up in the kitchen. Laughing saying cuss words.you can hear them in the lobby I guess that’s the way they run things here very poor. working with out gloves. They are still cussing in a manager we’re standing right next to them just grinning.
Way overcooked burgers. Cold stale fries. Fountain drink machine out of adjustment so all diet drinks tasted off. 0 for three on your basics is not good. Experience at this location was terrible. Management needs to get with the program. UPDATE: It really adds insult for management to jump on here and reply to a review asking for more info (which I provided), and then never to respond. It looks like PR is more a focus for management than customer delight and addressing operational shortcomings. I would advise that people plan accordingly. Culver's is a GREAT alternative, for example, with an area location.
2nd time trying them and it's pretty good. Good portion as well for the price point. Went for a late lunch and quickly realized it was the high school hangout but that wasn't an issue as I saw a lot of kids working there as well and I'm about helping the kids so I definitely recommend them and patronize them again myself.
