***Update: I drove back up to take my burger back. The manager didn’t even apologize but did remake my order. The guy cooking was the only one who apologized and he said they got fatty meat so it was hard to cook. The burger wasn’t any better once I got home to eat it. Still pretty crunchy. Sounds like to me the person cooking the meat doesn’t know how to use or cook on a flat top. Very disappointed with how the manager responded. Will not be back to this location. The meat on my burger was cooked so much that it was crunchy. Why would you server someone something like that! Ridiculous!!
This is probably the slowest Freddy’s I have ever been too.! So for the time the food comes out you’d expect the food to be fresh and hot. But no it’s always cold super salty fries and takes well over 15 mins in the drive thru for 2 kids meals smh . And this isn’t a one off time I’ve been to this location 3 times and still slow with no one else in the drive thru
Freddy's has such good food. The steak burgers are devine, the custard is SO good, and the fries are very nice. The atmosphere is also very nice, being a 50s diner look. The service could improve, however. I was not given my receipt when I ordered. This is a problem because they call out the number on your receipt to give you your order. I don't think this overrides the other things though, 5/5.
